Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value on ionia-azure.ch.
Can I order by phone or email?
Yes, we welcome orders by phone or email.
For new customers, we require your name, address, and date of birth for a potential credit check. For orders placed by email, please also provide your phone number.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email within 2–3 hours, please contact us.
Can I still change my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via one of the contact options in the contact form.
Items that have already been shipped can be returned within 30 days.
I made a mistake when entering the address – what should I do?
Please contact us immediately.
Subsequent changes are not possible for invoice payments via Klarna. The order must be canceled and then re-submitted.

Payment by invoice – what do I need to consider?
Invoice payment is processed through our partner Klarna and is subject to a risk assessment.
This payment method may not be offered in the following cases, among others:
Different delivery and billing addresses
Company address, PickPost
Relocation / address not found
Typographical errors in the details
Underage
Negative credit check
Technical restrictions
In these cases, other payment methods are of course available to you.
Is installment payment possible?
We currently do not offer installment payments.
However, some of our payment providers (such as Klarna) do offer installment payments. Customers who meet the requirements will see the installment payment option on the payment page.
When will I receive an invoice or receipt?
The invoice or receipt is usually sent by e-mail immediately or within a few days to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.
Customers without an e-mail address will receive the invoice or receipt with the delivery.
If the invoice or receipt is missing, we will, of course, send you a copy.
How do I get my money back for returns?
Normally, you will receive your money back via the same payment method you used to pay. For credit card payments, for example, the amount will be credited back to your credit card. For more information, please visit this page.

How is the shipment made?
Shipping is from our warehouse in Switzerland with Swiss Post. For deliveries outside Switzerland, Swiss Post hands over the parcel to its international partners.
- From CHF 40.–: B-Post Parcel (with tracking)
- Under CHF 40.–: B-Post Midi-Letter (without tracking)
- Free product samples: Letter mail (B-Post).
How are my products packaged?
All orders are carefully and securely packed in sturdy, padded boxes to ensure your products arrive intact.
The shipping packaging contains no plastic.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the purchase amount and region. You will be informed of the exact shipping costs during the ordering process.
When will I receive my order?
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: approx. 1–3 business days.
Neighboring countries to Switzerland: approx. 2–4 business days.
Great Britain and other EU countries: approx. 3–5 business days.
Please note that public holidays and customs clearances may lead to delays.
We will inform you of any deviations.
Is there a warranty and a right of return?
Yes, we will replace faulty products free of charge, and you have a 30-day right of return, even for opened and used products.

Do I have to create a customer account?
No, you do not have to create an account.
However, we strongly recommend that you create an account to take advantage of the many benefits it offers. For example, on your next visit, you can easily access your account and receive personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you can make the most of our services and save time in the future.
How do I change my password for my account?
Don't worry if you've forgotten your password. You can easily reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with others.
Will I automatically receive newsletters?
No. Newsletters are only sent to people who actively subscribe to them.
Can I delete my customer account?
Yes. Please contact us. However, legally relevant documents must be retained for up to 10 years.

Is ionia-azure a secure webshop?
Yes. ionia-azure is operated by IONIA AZURÉ AG (Zurich).
The entire website is SSL-encrypted (https).
Does IONIA AZURÉ AG engage in dropshipping or private-label selling?
No, we only sell our own products, which we have developed and manufactured ourselves. Production takes place in Switzerland and we ship from our warehouse in Switzerland.
How secure are credit card payments?
Payments are processed via secure payment modules such as Wordline or PayPal.
Your credit card details are never transmitted to us.
What happens to my data?
Your data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Only absolutely necessary data for delivery or payment will be transmitted to external service providers (for example, your address to Swiss Post).
