I have received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?

Who pays the return shipping costs?
We ask for your understanding that the costs for the return are to be borne by you.
How do I know that the products have arrived?
We will send you a confirmation by email or SMS after receiving the products.
Normally, you will get your money back in the same way you paid:
Credit cards: The amount will be credited back to your credit card.
PayPal or Twint: The amount will be credited back to your PayPal or Twint account and, depending on your account settings, it will then be credited back to your credit card.
PostFinance Card and PostFinance E-Finance: The amount will be transferred back to your account.
Invoice: If you return the goods before the payment deadline and have not yet paid the invoice, you no longer have to pay the invoice. If you have already paid before the 30-day period expires, we will transfer the amount to your account. We will then need your account details and will contact you regarding this.
Of course, you can use the amount you paid for the returned goods to purchase other products. Any surplus will be refunded to you, and any missing amounts will be invoiced to you.
